Quote-to-Cash Software is an independent editorial ranking. The site is static: no user accounts, no advertising, no ad tracking.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the forms:
- Contact: name, email, message.
- Submit a tool: name, email, the tool’s name, your relationship with the vendor, an optional comment.
- Newsletter: email address only, with an explicit opt-in that is unchecked by default.
None of this is needed to read the ranking.
How we use it
Your name and email are used to reply to you and, if you agreed, to send you ranking updates. Tool submissions feed our editorial checks.
This data is not sold, rented or used for profiling.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising cookie and no cross-site tracking cookie is set. The site search runs entirely in your browser, with no request to a third-party service.
Data about the ranked tools
Tool pages are built only from public sources: vendor websites, product documentation, pricing pages, trust centers and review platforms. Each capability links to the page that documents it, and each tool page shows the date it was checked.
If data about your product is inaccurate or out of date, write to us: we correct or remove it, and publish a right of reply on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to its use. Every newsletter email contains an unsubscribe link.
